Sunflowers & Silhouettes

My family and I live together on an old farm that years ago was a dairy and before that a grand orchard where workers picked fruit. The fields, fruit trees, and cattle are long gone, but we spend lots of time beekeeping, gardening, and planting more fruit trees on the same ground that could tell us a million stories.

I am constantly decorating and making home improvements and I love to take nature walks with the kids whenever possible. We love our slice of heaven and do our best to honor and improve our home and land.

My goal with The Kansas Sweet Life is to share with you a bit of this heritage and art through photography classes, and honey harvested right here at home.
